I do like how easy it is to change the haptic strength—low when I’m at work and higher at night, which is really useful. That said, I was a bit annoyed at first because the communication around how to adjust it wasn’t exactly clear. Once I figured it out, though, it’s been handy.

I ended up returning my Apollo Neuro because it just wasn’t really working for me. I’m usually skeptical when it comes to customer service and returns, because I always expect some kind of runaround, but this was actually straightforward. The instructions were clear enough, and support got back to me after a couple days. The refund took a little longer than I would’ve liked, so I was definitely checking my account and wondering if I’d have to follow up, but it did eventually come through without any major hassle. Overall, a fair experience. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the refund had been a bit quicker.

I’ve had my Apollo for a few months now and it’s been through a lot.. dropped it, tossed it in bags, worn it pretty much every day. Still works just fine and the strap and buttons are holding up better than I expected

I’ve been wearing my Apollo Neuro for a few weeks now, the comfort level is almost shocking. I usually keep it on my wrist, and half the time it just disappears from my awareness like some tiny wellness ghost.
The band is soft, lightweight, and doesn’t turn into a sweaty little nightmare like other wearables I’ve tried. It’s not bulky at all, so I can wear it while working, lounging, or dramatically collapsing on the couch at night without it bothering me.
